THE JOURNEY
Our path to opening Take Ur Seat Lite was encouraged by the friendship we share with Michael and Mira, the owners of Take Ur Seat. Their leap of faith to create their brand inspired us to take our own. After nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry, from Italian kitchens to Teppanyaki grills and even owning a Chinese restaurant, this new opportunity felt like the right moment to create something that blends our passion for food with our desire to bring people together.
